Our Practice Areas
Commercial Litigation
Since 1989, Milin Law attorneys have helped clients navigate the extraordinary demands of commercial litigation – no matter how complex or contentious.
Our lawyers have represented both plaintiffs and defendants, litigating cases concerning breaches of contract and fiduciary duty, business torts, claims arising from the sale of businesses, allegations of “alter ego,” and disputes concerning employment, intellectual property, and even RICO.
Whether our clients have been corporations, partnerships, or individual managers or employees, our effort has been to provide strategic counsel and tenacious, cost-effective representation at every stage of the legal process.
Bankruptcy Litigation
For decades, Milin Law attorneys have handled a broad range of issues in bankruptcy court. These have included relatively routine matters such as preferences and fraudulent transfers, but also extraordinarily complex matters such as corporate investigations, multibillion-dollar valuation disputes, retiree claims, allegations of breach of fiduciary duty, and mass torts.
We have briefed and argued several bankruptcy law issues of nationwide first impression. In each case, we have done our best to provide zealous and cost-effective representation, attempting to explain any complex or unfamiliar bankruptcy law issues as they arise.
